UI/UX design for web and mobile, tested with users. Less friction in every flow.

We research your users, find where they get stuck and design flows, prototypes and accessible interfaces in Figma, with a design system and a handoff your developers can build from without rework.

Decisions based on users
Interviews, tests and usage data show where people get stuck. The redesign starts from that, not from opinions.
Less rework for developers
Prototypes validated before coding and a handoff with specs, states and tokens. Your team builds what was approved.
Consistency that scales
A design system with tokens and components, so new screens ship faster and stay consistent.
Accessible from the start
Contrast, keyboard navigation and screen readers considered in the design, following WCAG AA.
Signs it's time

When the interface gets in the way

The situations that most often bring companies to us.

Users drop off mid-flow

Sign-up, checkout or onboarding loses people along the way, and nobody knows at which step or why.

Support flooded with basic questions

Tickets about where to click, how to finish or where to find things: a sign the interface doesn't explain itself.

Every screen looks different

Different buttons, colors and patterns across the product. The team duplicates components and the brand loses strength.

Redesigns based on guesswork

Changes decided in meetings, with no research or testing, that sometimes make what worked worse.

Developers get incomplete screens

Missing states, errors, mobile versions and rules. Developers improvise and the result doesn't match what was approved.

A new product nobody has tested

The idea is clear, but nobody has tested the flow with users before investing months in development.

Solutions

From research to developer handoff

We run the full project or just the step your product is missing.

UX research

Interviews, surveys, usage data analysis and journey mapping to understand who your users are, what they need and where they get stuck.

UX audit

Heuristic, funnel and accessibility review of your current product, with issues prioritized by impact and effort. A good first step.

Wireframes and prototypes

Information architecture, user flows and clickable Figma prototypes, reviewed with you before any final screen.

UI design for web and mobile

Responsive interfaces for web, iOS and Android, aligned with your brand, with states, error messages and screen variations covered.

Design systems

Tokens, components and documentation in Figma, plus Storybook when it makes sense, shared by design and development.

Usability testing and handoff

Tests with real users on the prototype, fixes before coding and a handoff with specs, with support for your developers during build.

Method

From discovery to implementation

We validate with users before writing code, so development builds the right thing.

UX metrics

Design measured with users, not opinions

Every design decision has a documented reason. Task success, time on task, drop-off points and accessibility are tracked through tests and usage data, so you know what improved and what still needs work.

  • Usability tests with real tasks, with success rate and time recorded
  • Funnels and click maps to find where users drop off
  • Contrast, keyboard and screen reader checks following WCAG AA
  • A design system with documented components and tracked usage
  • Findings reports in plain language for product, business and developers

FAQ

UI/UX design FAQ

It depends on the number of screens and flows, how much user research is needed, the platforms (web, iOS, Android), whether a design system is in scope and the model (fixed project or dedicated designer). After our first conversation, the proposal gives you a fixed scope, timeline and price.
A UX audit is much shorter than a full product redesign. The timeline depends on scope, the number of testing rounds and your team's availability for reviews. The schedule for each phase is in the proposal.
You can, if you already have reliable data about your users. If you don't, a short research round keeps you from designing and building the wrong solution. We size the research to your timeline and budget.
Figma files, prototypes and the design system are yours and live in your workspace. Interview and test data is handled under privacy laws such as LGPD, with participant consent and anonymized reports. Confidentiality terms are set in the contract.
Yes. Devskin can build it through software development, or your team can, using a handoff with a Figma design system, tokens and, when needed, Storybook components. Delivery can also go through QA.
Send the brief or message us on WhatsApp. In the first call we learn about your product, audience and goals. Within 48h you get a proposal with scope, timeline and price. If it's not yet clear what to change, a UX audit is a good first step.
